Do you have a store?

Currently, we are only a distributor on the WEB which allows us to get better prices by not having buildings in our expenses!

Is it possible to save delivery costs by picking up?

The easiest way to see if a pickup is possible for you is to contact us on our Facebook page, if you are from Quebec a representative could make an appointment with you in order to save delivery costs and pay only when of order pickup.

Can we call you?

We do not have a main line for the company, our representatives work on their own phones. To arrange a call, simply write to us on our Facebook page requesting a call with your phone number and subject and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Does the delivery person leave the packages even in my absence?

We use the carrier GLS (Dicom) in order to offer a fast service on delivery. Depending on the conditions of delivery (values, number of packages, residence, etc.), the delivery person may leave the package despite your absence; in certain cases, the delivery person will leave you a notice to collect your package the next day. .

What are the delivery times?

Can I change my order or shipping address once submitted?

As the order is processed within hours of transmission, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible. We will then be able to assess the feasibility.
