Refund policy
**RETURNS**
Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it is extended to the next business day. If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges are allowed only once; beyond that, any changes will be at your expense. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs of goods shipped and/or returned to PZM Distribution.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and without any stickers directly applied to the part or its packaging.
**If the packaging has been opened:**
• No returns will be accepted for door and hood deflectors.
• No returns will be accepted for running boards.
To initiate a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please promptly send an email with the subject: Return of an item to the following address: PZM.Distribution@hotmail.com
**Damaged or Defective Products**
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly ordered product, the customer is required to notify us by email at: PZM.Distribution@hotmail.com within 24 hours of the carrier delivering your order, after which we may refuse the claim request. We strongly recommend checking and inspecting all parts upon receipt. We undertake to replace damaged products at our expense or refund you.
• Returned defective parts will be systematically tested. Functional parts will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• $20 or more in fees will be charged for missing or incomplete bolt sets with trailer hitches.
• A fixed restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the products include an installation kit and the manufacturer's box has been opened by the customer.
• PZM Distribution will not accept returns for products billed more than twelve months ago.
• Special orders, axles, and clearance items are not exchangeable or refundable as they are final sales.
• Once PZM Distribution receives the goods and declares the item in compliance with return policies, PZM Distribution will proceed with the credit.
• When PZM Distribution accepts the return of a defective product, PZM Distribution's liability is limited to the selling price of that product.
• PZM Distribution shall not be liable for any repairs required to the vehicle on which the products have been installed, nor for any labor costs related to the installation and/or uninstallation of any defective products.
• 20% fees will be charged for any return of trailer parts and hardware.
• Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed.
**Refunds after Order Shipment**
To qualify for a refund, you must wait for your package to be received and return it to the return address that we will provide you.
**Refunds for Incorrect Addresses:**
PZM Distribution is not responsible for your package loss if you provided an incorrect delivery address and your package has already been shipped. In this case, no refund request will be accepted.
**Refunds for Returned Packages for the Following Reasons:**
If you were not present at your home on the delivery day or the delivery company could not deliver to you. We leave you a notice in your mailbox or inform you by email to retrieve your package from the nearest post office. You have 6 days to retrieve your package. If this deadline is exceeded and your package has been returned, the return shipping costs will not be borne by PZM Distribution (the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs).
If the customer refuses to pay the return costs and requests a refund. In this case, an order processing fee of $8 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at PZM.Distribution@hotmail.com
**Return Shipping Costs:**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
